• Send you updates about Userply’s launch and related product news.

• Maintain a list of interested users.

We do not use your data for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties.

4. Storage and Service Providers

We use Google Ireland Limited (part of Google LLC) as a service provider to securely store and manage email addresses. Data may be processed within the EU and, if transferred outside, under GDPR-compliant safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The legal basis for processing your email address is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).

6. Retention

We will store your data until:

• You withdraw your consent, or

• Userply is officially launched and pre-launch notifications are no longer relevant.
